Be prepared

So, packing your gym bag the night before and bringing it to work can help you get your butt into gear. Finish work and go straight to the gym so you don’t have the temptation of your TV and sofa right in front of you. Get that sweat on girl!
Heat it up
The last thing you want to do is start cooking your dinner after a workout session, but a girl’s gotta eat! So prep your food the night before and have it ready to heat up for when you get home.
