Encouraging you to move your body (carefully) is the best advice we could give you. Movement gives you energy, vitality and all round good, positive vibes!

We teamed up with a lovely Yogi named Espi, who has shown us 30 yoga stretches perfect for pregnant women. We’ll be keeping you up to date on our  pregnancy yoga 30 day yoga tutorial every day in January on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with tips from Espi herself. pregnancy yoga

This is the Tadasanal Mountain Pose which is the foundation for all of the standing postures and improves poses, groundedness, stability and confidence. Breathe and hold this position for 4-8 breaths then release.

It’s the perfect pose to wake up both your mind and body in the morning. Get your day off to the best start and don’t forget to use the #MamaMovement if you’re joining in this January!
