More than 90% of women have stretch marks and despite being a baby-making badge of honour, they are often one of the most dreaded side effects of pregnancy. Goodbye Stretch Marks is your skincare saviour to reduce stretch marks both old and new.
Goodbye Stretch Marks is a powerful blend of peptides, fruit and algae extracts and nourishing oils which minimise the appearance of both new and old stretch marks caused by pregnancy and weight fluctuations. We offer the maximum results in a cream and Goodbye Stretch Marks is so effective because it helps skin on the surface but also below, at the dermal tissue level, helping to repair those deeps tears beneath the skin. Jam packed with incredible ingredients it also helps to reduce the appearance of pigmentation and improve uneven skin tone.
Apply a thin layer of Goodbye Stretch Marks over each stretch mark (like finger painting) 3 times daily for 12 weeks to see maximum benefits. Let’s be realistic here ladies, Goodbye Stretch Marks is amazing, but it's not a miracle maker that will change your life in one application. You have to apply frequently to see the best results. We recommend taking a before and after photo! Our Goodbye Stretch Marks is allergy tested, safety tested and pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. As with any cream, just remove from the nipple area prior to breastfeeding.
The newer the stretch mark, the better the result. We recommend treating stretch marks the moment you realise you have them. We’ve got a skincare routine to keep stretch marks at bay: Apply Goodbye Stretch Marks 3 times daily, by applying it with your finger covering each stretch mark. Let it dry for 1 minute, then remember to moisturise! Our Megamama Body Lotion is super rich, smells amazing and is pregnancy safe. Apply your chosen Tummy Rub Oil or Butter twice a day. Both products are completely safe to use whilst pregnant and breastfeeding.
There’s a genetic link to stretch marks, so if your mama has them, you are more likely to get them, too. But just as with wrinkles and eye bags, we can put up a very good fight against our genes! We do this by nourishing with superfoods inside and the best possible ingredients outside. If your first line of defence has not succeeded remember not panic. Don’t forget we’re at your side (and front and back) offering you the very best skincare we could possibly make to help you minimise the appearance of those pesky stretch marks.
The way you lose weight once baby arrives can make a real difference in how your skin recovers. Losing weight at a slow, steady rate is the best way to help your skin recover and bounce back to its pre-baby glory. Dropping too many pounds too quickly decreases your chances of bouncing back beautifully. Remember to keep applying our Tummy Rub Butter or Oil for four months after giving birth to keep your skin strong and healthy and to help it shrink back to size.
Since exercise boosts circulation, targeting areas with stretch marks can help skin look smoother and healthier.
1. T pushups (chest and abdomen): Start in a normal pushup position with your hands placed under your shoulders; hold plank position for a few seconds. While your body is up, twist your torso towards the ceiling and raise your right hand to the sky. Do 2 sets of 15 on each side.
2. Lateral leg circles (hips and thighs): Kneel on a mat with your left knee against a balance ball and with the right leg extended. Lift the right leg straight out and slowly make small circle movements in each direction with your lifted leg and then switch sides.
Since you’re working your hardest to improve the appearance of stretch marks, you don’t want anything to derail your efforts. One thing that can actually make stretch marks look worse is the sun, so if you’re not going to cover up, be sure to apply sunscreen before heading outside. Those older, more silver-y stretch marks won’t get tan like the rest of your skin, so they’ll actually be more apparent after unprotected sun exposure.
Self-tanners DO change the colour of stretch marks, so if you want to even things out while Goodbye Stretch Marks works it’s magic, a faux glow is the way to go. (Just remember, a fake tan does not provide any sun protection, so you’ll need to slather on the SPF anyway.)
