How to Order
Ordering online at Mio couldn’t be easier! For those who simply love browsing you can wander around at your leisure. For those looking for the quick route for a specific product, you can use the search facility or quickshop shown on the left.
Once you have found the product you want click 'add to bag' and the item will be added to the shopping bag, where your item will be listed together with its price; here you can leave it as it is, change the quantity or remove it. To change the quantity, simply add the number you want into the quantity box and click ‘update shopping bag’. To remove an item, click on the ‘remove’ link to the left of the item.
You can also enter a promotional code.
Click the 'Continue Shopping’ button to add more items to your shopping bag or if you have finished click 'Proceed to Checkout' - you won't be committed to purchase your order until you enter your credit/debit card details and confirm your order.
Checkout is just like a till in a real shop: it is here that you pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you giving us your contact details and delivery address.
If you are a new customer you will need to to create an account with us. If you already have created an account you will be asked to ‘Login’.
When you are at the checkout simply follow the on-screen instructions. Complete your billing, shipping and payment details. Your transactions will be processed by our payment service provider in a completely secure environment and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
