Smoothie bowls are a great way to get plenty of goodness into one bowl, whether it be for breakfast or a midday snack, it’s the perfect way to throw lots of oats, berries and yoghurt etc. into one place and devour, filling your body with nutrients and giving you plenty of energy. They look pretty too!
Coconut water or nut milk
Mixed berries (you know the frozen ones you buy or fresh up to you)
1/2 tsp of coconut oil
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup almonds
Tiny pinch of salt (Himalayan)
Choose your toppings go as bold or as plain as you like and serve
Blend in a vita mix or for longer in a blender until smooth. If you don’t want it so thick add more liquids.
